The results of a study done by the IBO regarding the effectiveness of T-STRIPE were unveiled during a press conference on  15. November 2010.

T-STRIPE not only keeps your windows dry, it also increases their durability. Due to the heat dissipation effect of our heating elements T-STRIPE will also make your home more comfortable, no more condensation water and no more cold window panes!

Condensation water is not only an eyesore, it destroys windows over time and causes mold to occur, a serious health hazard. Condensation water usually forms along the edges of the window pane, which is why T-STRIPE specifically targets those areas first by raising the surface temperature, effectively preventing any condensation from occuring.

These pictures illustrate the difference between windows equipped with T-STRIPE and windows without. The areas coloured in blue show how the glass pane and frame construction cool down during the colder seasons, while the red areas show how T-STRIPE raises the surface temperature in those areas to prevent condensation.

The T-STRIPE heating element has a diameter of only 3.8mm and is barely visible to the naked eye. If so desired a T-STRIPE installation can be plated beneath aluminium bars which in turn can be powder coated in any colour needed. T-STRIPE works at a standard 230V and can easily be plugged into an outlet, the power cords can be hidden in cable ducts or within the wall itself.
