We are delighted that the award-winning residential project "Das Levels – Premium Living in Sompark" has been retrofitted with our T-STRIPE window heating system. These modern buildings feature spacious glass surfaces – an ideal application for our window heating system.
Condensation-free windows despite large glass surfaces
In residential complexes with floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall windows, moisture often accumulates in the edge area of the glass panes during winter. With T-STRIPE, the glass edge is heated in a targeted manner, which reliably prevents condensation, mold growth, and moisture damage – completely without any visible installations.
Invisible installation beneath the glazing bead
This project demonstrates how easily T-STRIPE can be installed even in existing buildings. The flexible heating element was discreetly fitted beneath the glazing bead and remains virtually invisible. As a result, residents benefit from clear windows, an improved indoor climate, and noticeably higher living comfort.
