Disposal of Waste Equipment

Electrical and electronic equipment must not be disposed of with household waste. Devices covered by the legal requirements are marked with the symbol of a crossed out wheeled bin. This symbol indicates that the device in question must be collected separately from unsorted municipal waste at the end of its service life and disposed of or recovered properly.

The separate collection of waste equipment serves to recover valuable raw materials and to avoid possible negative effects on the environment and on health. Waste equipment must therefore be disposed of via suitable collection and take back points.

Waste equipment from private households can be handed in free of charge at designated collection points. In addition, depending on the sales channel, return options are available through retailers or mail order companies. You can find our return policy here.

To fulfil the transferable obligations under the Austrian Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Ordinance, we cooperate with ERA Elektro Recycling Austria GmbH / ARA.
